Are you a factory or a sourcing partner?
We are a factory-backed manufacturing partner. Manufacturing is our core, rooted in our family-owned machining factory in Dadu, Taichung, Taiwan.
Our family factory was founded in 1973 by the first generation. The second generation took over in 1984, followed by the third generation in 2022, which continues to lead the business today. Across three generations, we have grown alongside Taiwan's industrial development: from light industry, handicrafts and textiles, through hand tools and pneumatic tools, to today's AI-related components. This manufacturing heritage informs how we understand your part and plan its manufacture.
ElixirFab was established separately as a foreign-trade company to give overseas customers a dedicated commercial and technical contact. We combine our family's manufacturing capabilities with Asian partners for complementary processes, coordinating your project from drawing review and quotation through production and delivery. Each quotation confirms where work will be performed and the manufacturing, inspection and contracting responsibilities.
What do you need for a useful quotation?
A PDF drawing and, when available, a STEP model, plus revision, quantity, material, finish, critical requirements and destination. Unknown details can be clarified. Discuss NDA terms before sharing confidential files.
What is included in the price?
The quotation identifies operations, finishing, tooling or setup costs, inspection and documents, packaging and shipping terms. Samples, special tests and additional engineering work are confirmed separately where needed.
How are lead time and changes handled?
Timing depends on the agreed revision, material availability, quantity, factory capacity and sample approval. A changed requirement is reviewed for cost and timing before the affected work proceeds.
Can I request inspection or material records?
Identify dimensions, methods, certificates and traceability at inquiry. We confirm availability, format and cost with the assigned manufacturing or inspection team before committing.
How do you handle confidentiality?
Contact us before sending confidential files. NDA terms and permitted sharing with manufacturing partners are agreed before those files are exchanged.
What if a part does not meet requirements?
Use the agreed acceptance criteria and inspection evidence to identify the issue. ElixirFab coordinates review and a proposed disposition with the responsible manufacturing team. Rework, replacement, concessions and warranty follow the project agreement and buyer approval.
